Handcrafted iPhone 15 Pro Cases from Keyway
Every iPhone 15 Pro case is made by hand at our Mississauga, Ontario workshop. It starts with a flexible TPU shell sized for the iPhone 15 Pro, paired with a handcrafted backer in real wood, full-grain leather, cotton canvas, or wood and resin. Since every piece of wood and leather is naturally different, each case has its own character.
Materials We Work With
We build our wooden iPhone 15 Pro cases from species like wenge, walnut, cherry, maple, sapele, and padauk. A range of designs layer multiple species together with laser-cut inlays and engraved metalized acrylic accents in gold or silver. Our leather options use vegetable-tanned Italian full-grain leather, which takes on a beautiful patina over time. UV-printed designs on wood and cotton canvas round out the collection for a more graphic style.
Protection and Fit
Each iPhone 15 Pro case has integrated MagSafe-compatible magnets, covered buttons, raised bezels for face-down screen protection, and clear access to every port. The TPU shell provides impact protection while staying slim for wireless charging and MagSafe accessories.
How We Make Them
Since 2012, we have been making phone cases by hand. Finished wood backers are laser-cut on our Trotec laser cutter and put together piece by piece like a puzzle with detailed hand work. Our One & Only collection takes the craft further with pressure-cast wood and resin cases where no two are the same. Each case gets a final cleaning and quality check before shipping from Mississauga.
