Keyway started in 2012 with a laser cutter and an idea: build phone cases from real materials that people actually want to hold. What started in a garage has grown into a dedicated workshop in Mississauga, Ontario, but the process hasn't changed: every case is still cut, assembled, and finished by hand by our small team.
Every handmade Keyway case and cover starts as sheets of real wood veneer: wenge, walnut, maple, cherry, sapele, and padauk, cut and assembled by hand at our workshop. Every multi-wood inlay is something you can see and feel. No fake wood prints, no stickers, no shortcuts. We pair that craftsmanship with a flexible TPU shell, raised screen lip, camera protection, and integrated MagSafe magnets on newer models, so protection never takes a back seat to looks.
