Our iPhone 16 Pro cases are made one at a time at our Mississauga, Ontario workshop. Each starts with a flexible TPU shell designed for the iPhone 16 Pro, then receives a handcrafted backer in real wood, full-grain leather, cotton canvas, or wood and resin. Because every piece of wood and leather is different, your case will be unlike anyone else's.
Materials We Work With
We make our wooden iPhone 16 Pro cases from species such as wenge, walnut, cherry, maple, sapele, and padauk. A number of designs incorporate multiple species with laser-cut inlays and engraved metalized acrylic accents in gold or silver. Our leather cases are crafted from vegetable-tanned Italian full-grain leather that ages into a rich patina. For more graphic options, we offer UV-printed designs on wood and cotton canvas.
Protection and Fit
Every iPhone 16 Pro case has built-in MagSafe-compatible magnets, covered buttons, raised bezels for face-down screen protection, and open port access. The flexible TPU shell absorbs impact while keeping the case slim enough for wireless charging and MagSafe accessories.
How We Make Them
Handcrafting phone cases has been our focus since 2012. Finished wood backers are laser-cut with our Trotec laser cutter and put together piece by piece like a puzzle, combining machine precision with hand work. Our One & Only collection takes the process further with pressure-cast wood and resin cases that are each genuinely one of a kind. Every case goes through a final cleaning and quality check before shipping from Mississauga.
