Handcrafted Galaxy S23 Ultra Cases from Keyway
Each Galaxy S23 Ultra case is built by hand at our workshop in Mississauga, Ontario. We start with a flexible TPU shell shaped specifically for the Galaxy S23 Ultra, then attach a handcrafted backer in real wood, full-grain leather, cotton canvas, or wood and resin. Natural materials ensure that no two cases come out looking the same.
Materials We Work With
The wooden Galaxy S23 Ultra cases in our collection feature species like wenge, walnut, cherry, maple, sapele, and padauk. Some designs pair several species with laser-cut inlays and engraved metalized acrylic accents in gold or silver. Our leather line uses vegetable-tanned Italian full-grain leather that gets better looking with age. UV-printed options on wood and cotton canvas are available for those who prefer graphic designs.
Protection and Fit
Every Galaxy S23 Ultra case includes covered buttons, raised bezels for face-down screen protection, and clear access to all ports including the S Pen slot. The TPU shell provides drop protection without adding bulk, staying compatible with wireless charging.
How We Make Them
Phone cases have been our specialty since 2012. Finished wood backers are laser-cut using our Trotec laser cutter and assembled piece by piece, fitting together like a puzzle with careful hand work. The One & Only collection features pressure-cast wood and resin cases where each one is truly unique. After a final cleaning and quality inspection, every case ships from our Mississauga workshop.
