Art has always been one of the purest forms of expression, from paint and charcoal to mixed media and fashion. If you like bold color and making a splash, the Chroma was made for you.

The design is a full, energetic paint splatter, layered drips, spatters, and flung arcs of color in electric blue, teal, magenta, orange, and cream, the kind of happy accident you'd find on a studio floor. It is printed onto a real wenge backer, and because a splatter is open by nature, the deep brown wood shows through in the gaps between the color, grounding all that brightness against something warm and dark. Since the backer is real wood, the grain falls differently behind every print, so no two splatters land quite the same way.

Each Chroma is made on a real wenge backer in our Mississauga workshop, with the design printed in high-resolution UV ink directly onto the finished, laser-cut wood. Printing onto real wenge rather than a flat panel is what gives the color its depth and keeps the grain part of the piece. Available for all current iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models, with integrated MagSafe magnets and a soft microfiber interior lining on iPhone 13 and newer.

Our cases are created using high-resolution UV printing on laser cut, hand-finished wood veneer, and a Flexible TPU Rubber shell.

To keep your case looking its best, gently wipe it with a lightly damp cloth and dry it off afterwards. Do not submerge the case in water or use any cleaning products, as these can damage the design and materials.

Keyway for the win

My KEYWAY DESIGNS case for my new iPhone 17 Pro Max is beautiful and functional. This is my sixth phone case from KEYWAY. My wife and I purchase different designs for our phones and have used both the laser cut wood and the colorful canvas over the years. Case has the right amount of grip texture to keep the iPhone from slipping through your fingers and fits like a glove.

Case interferes with power button. Case removed.

Beautiful

Pretty impressive.

I used to buy exclusively from another one of a kind wood/resin case company. Their last round of Samsung S22 Plus cases leaves much to be desired. I decided to give Keyway a try, as it had been popping up in my FB feed for some time. I'm glad I did. Case is as vibrant as shown on screen, fits the phone like a glove, easy to hold, and well balanced. I've only had it about 2 weeks, but overall 10 stars. Let's see how well it holds up.

Beautiful and durable

The colors are just as bright in person as they look on the website. The case feels good in your hand, and the texture on the sides make it easy to grip. The only downside is the back of the case sits nearly flush with the raised camera glass on the Ultra, so there isn't much protection for the camera glass. But I love the case so much that I'm willing to deal with it.

Almost Perfect

Great design and well constructed for the most part, but I find the buttons are very difficult to press. Maybe mine is defective, but they're virtually flat and unless you have very sensitive fingertips, you would not be able to distinguish them from the equally smooth bezeled area around them. The buttons barely protrude a fraction of a millimeter, so I find that half the time I have to look at where the buttons are and press firmly down or use my fingernail to press down. There is next to no click feedback on the buttons so I only know I've pressed then by visually looking at my phone to see the power or volume change.

Other than that one drawback, the case is amazing. Works well with magnetic mounts, and seems to provide very good protection so far.

Hopefully any future reiterations will have an improved button design.

Gorgeous and Durable

I had my first Keyway case for over two years, and it was still in nearly perfect condition when I finally upgraded my phone. I purchased this one and can tell the quality is just as great. It looks beautiful and I always get compliments! There’s just enough of a lip around the edge to protect the screen from face-down falls, all the buttons are easy to press, and the plug/speakers holes are aligned just right. I absolutely love these cases! Really fast shipping, too, even during this pandemic.
