Sophisticated, bold, and meticulously crafted. This Argyle-patterned wood phone case is for those who appreciate intricate design and exceptional detail. Featuring stunning geometric inlays of Walnut, Wenge, Maple, and Padauk, this piece delivers timeless elegance and everyday durability, ensuring you'll turn heads wherever you go. 

The Argyle is the most labour-intensive design in the Keyway lineup. Each case is cut from a single oversized design sheet that contains 285 hand-assembled pieces of wenge, walnut, padauk, and maple, arranged in a classic argyle diamond pattern with a maple frame. When the sheet is laser-cut to the exact shape of each phone model, the number of visible diamonds shifts slightly depending on the size of the phone, but the pattern is always dense, precise, and unmistakably real wood.

This design is actually a comeback story. We had an argyle case years ago when Keyway was just getting started, and it got cut during a round of design simplification. It was a decision we regretted almost immediately. When we brought it back, we went bigger: more pieces, tighter tolerances, and a level of detail that most people assume has to be printed until they feel the surface and realize every diamond is a separate piece of laser-cut veneer. Available for all current iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models, with MagSafe magnets and a soft microfibre interior lining on iPhone 13 and newer.

Our cases are created using hand finished wood veneer, laser cut inlays, and a Flexible TPU Rubber shell.
