Provincial Order - 14 Day Shutdown
If you would like to continue supporting Keyway by placing an order during this shutdown, please read the updates below for information about processing and shipping delays. We greatly appreciate your continued support through this tough time and we wish you and your loved ones health and strength over the coming weeks.
March 24, 2020 - Due to a provincially ordered shutdown of all non-essential business in Ontario, Canada, we will be pausing our manufacturing and shipping operations for a minimum of 14-days. Our Customer Service and Social Media teams will be operating from home and will still be accessible for questions, concerns, order corrections, etc...
During this time our website will remain open and we will be taking orders, but they will not be shipping out until after the provincial shutdown has been lifted. Orders will be shipping out in the sequence they came in.
If you do chose to place an order with us during this shutdown, we sincerely appreciate your support and will do everything in our power to get you your products as quickly as possible.
