Handcrafted Galaxy S25 Ultra Cases from Keyway
We build every Galaxy S25 Ultra case by hand in our Mississauga, Ontario workshop. It starts with a flexible TPU shell shaped for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, then we add a handcrafted backer in real wood, full-grain leather, cotton canvas, or wood and resin. Working with natural materials means no two finished cases are identical.
Materials We Work With
Our wooden Galaxy S25 Ultra cases are made with species like wenge, walnut, cherry, maple, sapele, and padauk. Some designs bring together multiple wood species with laser-cut inlays and engraved metalized acrylic accents in gold or silver. The leather cases feature vegetable-tanned Italian full-grain leather that takes on a rich patina over time. We also make UV-printed cases on wood and cotton canvas for more graphic designs.
Protection and Fit
Each Galaxy S25 Ultra case has covered buttons, raised bezels for face-down screen protection, and clear access to every port including the S Pen slot. The flexible TPU shell absorbs drops while keeping the case slim enough for wireless charging.
How We Make Them
We have been crafting phone cases since 2012. Finished wood backers are laser-cut with our Trotec laser cutter and assembled piece by piece, fitted together like a puzzle through precision hand work. Our One & Only collection features pressure-cast wood and resin cases that are each one of a kind. Every case gets a final cleaning and quality inspection before leaving our Mississauga workshop.
