Slate - Leather Phone Case

Classic, elegant, rugged, leather adds something special to your every day look. The vegetable-tan on our Slate leather phone case will develop a beautiful patina over time as you carry it along on all your travels, because like you, it's Built to Roam.

The Slate leather phone case is a single piece of vegetable-tanned leather in a soft, muted grayish-brown, wrapped cleanly across the back of the case with the Keyway X-mark set low and centered. The color is one of the most neutral and versatile in the leather line, a warm-leaning taupe that sits comfortably with just about any outfit or accessory you pair it with. The surface is smooth and even-toned, with the subtle natural variation that comes with working in real hide. Because every panel is cut from a real hide, the grain pattern, surface markings, and exact shade of slate vary slightly from case to case.

Each case is cut and assembled by hand in our Mississauga workshop, with the leather wrapped cleanly across the shell and seated at the edges. The vegetable tanning process leaves the surface ready to take on a patina from regular use: friction, the oils from your hands, and sunlight gradually deepen and warm the color over time, so the Slate tends to pick up a little extra warmth and richness as it ages. Available for all current iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models, with integrated MagSafe magnets and a soft microfiber interior lining on iPhone 13 and newer.
