From the costumer service, to the quality of the product, I can't give less then 10/10! Lemme explain. First of all, I when I subscribed, I didn't see I got a 10% discount sent to my email. I bought the puzzle and after finilized the purchase, I saw the discount. I sent a message on their Instagram about that, but didn't asked for the discount. After all, it was my "mistake" that o didn't check it. But for my surprise, they reimbursed me... Again... Without me asking. Amazing service! The puzzle is beautiful, and it is challenging. It took me probably about 2-3 hours to finish. Guys, you've got a fan. As soon as I get some money, I'll buy the 200pcs and the different red one.
